Refund Policy – FightProtect

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return:
Email us at support@fightprotect.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.

Damages & Issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@fightprotect.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on:

Opened sprays or hygiene products

Sale items or gift cards

Due to the nature of our products, returns on used or opened disinfectant sprays are not accepted.

Exchanges:
For faster service, return the item and place a new order.

EU Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days for any reason. Items must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact support@fightprotect.com.
